Sun’s Strange Behavior Baffles Astronomers
I found this troubling article on the MSNBC Technology & Science page today. Of particular interest was the prediction at the end of the article by David Hathaway of NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center:

Sunspot Activity Continues to Encourage
The lastest K7RA Solar Update continues to be encouraging for hams. Solar Cycle 24 is most definitely on the upswing. Sunspot counts are rising and there are fewer days without any at all. Improved HF propagation won’t be far behind. Woohoo! About time!
